Visitor Solve Rate: Considers all humans who have viewed the widget, whether it was interactive or non-interactive. It measures the percentage of people who completed the widget. For example, if 100 people saw the widget and 20 of them completed it successfully, the Visitor Solve Rate would be 20%. Learn more.
API Solve Rate: Focuses only on humans who interacted with the widget through the website’s API. It measures the percentage of successful widget completions among all visitors detected through the API. This metric looks specifically at the number of people who successfully completed the widget. For example, if 100 people viewed the widget, 20 of them completed it successfully, and only 15 of them used their token, the API Solve Rate would be 15%. Learn more.
Change in Solve Rate: It is expected to be relatively stable over time. A change in the solve rate is an indication of something happening on the website, such as undergoing attacks from bots.
